Answer was fine but did not resolve my issue. Was the resolution tested for any errors before the response?

The decal had to be sent twice because I never received the first one. I installed the decal and it said it would be approved or disapproved within 24 hours. Going on 48 hours now and still no response. Would like to get all this resolved before the 1st so I can begin in February!

Has anyone ever received a pay out of either $100 or $250 like their advertisement said?
