Horrible communication, product never arrived as of yet and it’s been 2 weeks. After a week of email no response and no product, I even requested to cancel the order and no response.

Re-ordering process was smooth and effortless.

I recently placed a custom dome sticker order with Stickers International. When I received the final product, I was satisfied with everything else but the color. I looked back at my order process and the final approval artwork color from the company was way off from the artwork color I submitted them. During the approval process, there was no mention about the change in color in the email. We only talked about the size and the cutline. I did not even think that they would have changed the color. I contacted the representative and at first they said that I did not provide the color code to them. I told them that I did not see any box during the order process where I could put in the color code because I would have put it in if there was one. They sent me a screenshot of the page where you put in the color code but that page does not come up when you do a custom order like I did. I also told them that but they kept on saying that yes it pops up... Well it did not so there definitely is something wrong with your website. They kept on repeating since I confirmed the final artwork (which did not mention anything about the changed color) they don't have any responsibility over this. Overall not very satisfied with the customer service. Please update your website so the custom order page also has a place to put in the exact color code or train your design reps to mention it if the color has been changed from the original artwork.

Ordered my first set of custom domed stickers. Price was awesome and quality even better than awesome. Sizing and resolution was perfect! Will be ordering many more.
