Do not purchase from this company. The dresses are not cut true to size. I wear a medium and ordered a large and I couldn’t get it over my hips. I also ordered the dress with expedited shipping, the dress did not come in the allotted time and they will not respond to my email to return it. Every time I send an email there is an automated response they are closed for a week. Please save your time and money!

They said they have a 30 day no reason return policy on their website, but didn't include a return slip in my package and when I emailed them they responded at first and then stopped responding altogether. Terrible site DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Terrible company. Does not deliver on time. Does not give you order updates. Bad customer service. Just don’t. Scam.

I ordered three things from this business, I got two, and they are the worst quality you can buy. The items do not match the description and if you have any problems, customer care isn't responding. I have been trying for weeks to return what I bought and I keep getting out of office replies. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible terrible customer service. Cannot contact them in any way. They don’t return emails, there is no phone number … only a WhatsApp … yet their WhatsApp doesn’t exist. I ordered a dress 11 days ago and it still has not shipped and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get it resolved. I’m contacting my bank to get my money back. WORST COMPANY EVER.

they did me so dirty i ordered extra small and it was still big on me and after i tried it on the fricken arm sleeve fell off because of BAD sewing they did like it hanged by 1 string. DO NOT BUY EVER FROM HERE.

The product comes from China, therefore, takes forever to receive. When finally received, packaging was terrible and saw that the dress is so cheaply made! Went to send back as the fit was also not right and it takes them a long time to respond on how to send back. Found out you have to send back to China, and shipping costs are expensive! Total rip-off!

This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I bought two different dresses from them one in a size, medium and one in a size small to make sure that I would get the correct size. Both of the dresses were way too small and couldn’t even zip up even though I am a small girl. The sizing chart is entirely incorrect and misleading. Also, the dresses were not even the same as the one that was displayed in the picture. I paid out of my pocket to return both of the dresses I bought and sent them to China. They have refused to respond to a single one of my emails and I have not been refunded for the two dresses that I have already paid to send back to them.
