I still haven't received the product…
I still haven't received the product that I ordered. The first time I ordered I received the product within four days. My last order was purchased on 11/29 and today is 12/13.

Hello Evan, I apologize for the inconvenience. Monday was a holiday, and my mother was visiting on Friday, which is why it took a couple of days to ship. But if you don't include the weekend, it only took 1 extra business day (Friday), not 2 weeks. Please consider changing this review, as it negatively affects my business. P.S. expedited shipping is how fast the USPS ships a package, not how fast I ship your package. Thank you, Steve

The concentrate I purchased was not up…
The concentrate I purchased was not up to par with their usual quality. It did not taste as good and the consistency was like butter. The shatter is cheaper and way better.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Worst customer service ever. They expect you to call and email while only ever responding via misleading text messages. It took over a week to get an order issue resolved and was lied to multiple times.

Kevin placed an order but wanted to change it later, opting for extra gummies instead of capsules. After accommodating his request and offering a refund, he thanked me profusely and placed another order during a sale. However, he later expressed dissatisfaction again, prompting a refund request. Despite my efforts, it seemed impossible to please him. I value working with those who appreciate my services and decided not to continue doing business with Kevin due to the challenges encountered.

CJ, I'm disheartened by this review. We provided top-notch customer service and dispatched multiple units to you. There seems to be a misunderstanding about a product I created. If you were seeking THC shatter, this may not be the right website for you. CBD and THC are distinct molecules that shouldn't be compared directly. CBD shatter, a product I innovated in 2016, is the term I coined for it. Giving a 1-star rating due to this confusion may not be entirely just.
