Its been over a week since the last update on tracking information. Which only announced the package had shipped and would be late. Little Information provided

Great customer service. I talked to a very nice gentleman on the phone. The part I initially ordered did not fit my old stethoscope. I ordered it a new Littmann stethoscope and he expedited my return of and refund for the part I couldn’t use. Thank you.

Worth the money. This stethoscope is beautiful and amazing quality! Never disappointed with Littman Cardiology scopes. I had my Cardiology III FOR 7 years. Finally needed a new one! This was a great choice, hope for many years with this one as well!

Excellent to have the ability to track! I also got a UPS text that stated the stethoscope was held up secondary to wrong zip code. It asked to resend to them! I checked my e-mail and there was no mention of an error so I reported it as junk. Who knows what would have occurred if I followed their instructions! Thank you Efren’s
