I do a lot of online shopping, and have always run into quirks and small issues here and there. When my order had arrived I had an issue with the way the engraving was. That night I called and expressed I was excited about receiving my order and happy with the fast paced delivery time, but had issues with resulting product. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and was ordered to return my product and the issue would be resolved. The issue was resolved within a week and my final product was perfect. I could not ask for kinder people or a better system of customer service. I work for a 100+ employee ALS service and will refer to everyone. Very impressed. They also had a new product long before other similar websites / stores did.

I ordered a littman classic ll with my name engraved. I paid for 1-2 day delivery and got it when I was supposed to. The product was exactly as described and I am very happy with the engraving. I will defiantly make my next purchase with stethoscopes.com!

Fast delivery and good price!

When I received the stethoscope, I began testing it on everyone in the house, yes even on the dog! The length is perfect and the sounds spectacular. I threw my old one away! The bell is easy to maneuver and I love the engraving! Now if anyone tries to say it is theirs I have proof it is not! Would highly recommend!

I got my stethoscope earlier than expected, I didn't pay for expediated shipping but I still got it in like 2 business days. The engraving is very nice, subtle, but looks good. I love my scope, got a master cardiology and I think it is an improvement over my Cardiology III. Very satisfied and would recommend.
