The price and quality of stethoscope was great. Fast shipping. I was disappointed though that the box said the right color but it was a different color in the box.

I received my stethoscope in perfect condition and within two days of placing my order instead of the expected four to five day delivery.

I did not receive the stethoscope I thought I had put in my cart. I had called customer service but did not hear from them until a week later after I gave them a poor customer review. They called several times and when they did get ahold of me I was told they would exchange my engraved stethoscope which they do not usually do. I received another call a week later saying they were not going to exchange it because of the engraving. Apparently the person I spoke with had not made a note stating that she agreed to the exchange. When I informed the customer service representative of what I was told he agreed to the exchange. It took longer to receive my new stethoscope and they sent it to the wrong address. I am glad they exchanged my stethoscope and it is beautiful, but the service was rocky. I would rate it more 3.5 stars.

Can't believe how fast I received a personalized stethoscope. Very impressive & it looks great.

We were able to compare the model 3100 and 3200 easily and made a choice of the 3100. Check out was smooth and delivery was on time. Pleasant surprise. After one day of trial the 3100 is an excellent instrument.

Could be any happier with my stethoscope, it was well worth the money. I did the engraving and it come out awesome. Would purchase another in the further.
