The customer support was excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong stethascope with engraving. When I called the next day, I was busy at work in the E.D. And had little time, they were able to cancel my order without any problems. I ordered the correct stethascope at a later date and it arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. Would recommend without hesitation.

The Littmann Model 3200 was delivered in 3 days engraved as ordered. I was afraid that it would be late and miss my next trip. No problem! With the adjustments I am able to hear remarkably better with the hearing aids that I recently began to use. I can hardly hear anything with the Littmann Classic II SE until I remove the hearing aids. With the 3200 I do not need to remove aids, and can move from one patient to the next.
