excellent even got stethoscope engraved! very fast!

I discovered stethoscope.com several months ago and admired the business model. Then I lost my stethoscope and was in need of a replacement, thus I open my web browser to stethoscope.com and decided to give them a try. It was one stop shopping. I picked up a good scope with my name engraved on the head at a good price. The service and shipping was fast and reasonably priced.

I thought I ordered the all black head but it turns out it had the silver color with the black diaphragm. They should be more clear on the color notation. When I called and left a message for a call back, no one gave me a call. That is not good service.

Great experience. Easy ordering. Affordable and fast shipping. I would order from Stethescope.com over & over again.

Merchandise arrived quickly in good condition. I've put the new diaphragm and rim on my stethoscope, and it is working just fine.

Some people complained their order wasn't correct, but mine definitely was! And it came in a timely manner.

I recommend this company! Very satisfied.

I placed an order and paid for express 1 to 2 day shipping, four days later I contact customer service asking for them to look into it and here a week after my order I still haven't heard from them or received my order. They are in Boston, Ma I'm in Pa even regular shipping shouldn't take a week.
