My stethoscope came really quick and it was engraved beautifully. I got the chocolate and copper Littman Classic III and I love it! It's so light weight and the sound quality is great. Definitely recommend this site.

You are the first organization in the past year who has not put up walls, but instead provided superb customer service to a customer who had a problem with a purchase. I am shock. Noel was very customer friendly wanting to please the customer yet balancing the service with the needs of the company. I have ordered nursing shoes that were defective and I had to jump through hoops to get resolution (they made me take a photo of the shoes, etc.). I commend your organization for the caring touch you display in your customer service -- it was felt. I have returned the stethoscope with the post-paid delivery a couple of days ago. The new steth came without any debris on it. Sound is better. The other steth sound would come and go, especially with movement of head from left to right -- could hear better when I turned my head to the left. Then, I wouldn't hear anything. It was frustrating understanding I put a lot of money in this investment. Though my frustrations were alleviated rather quickly by just a phone call to your customer service rep, Noel. I felt like your organization was family. Haven't felt that by any organization other than Talbots since a long time. Thank you for your prompt service -- you quickly sent another steth before receiving the defective one. I don't recall any organization I dealt with in the past that does this. In summary, you got a great operation going on there, do not change. I can see why everyone who bought a steth from your organization commended it. Too bad there isn't a way for customers to really know how customer service oriented your organization is. Perhaps there is a way by contacting 3M company to rate the organizations that they refer customers to. This is how I came across your organization -- I went to Littiman steths and discovered they were made by 3M. 3M advertised your organization on their website. Again, thank you so much! I held off on buying a Littman steth until my last semester in nursing school. Engraved on it is my mom's name "Grace" in memory of her who passed away from pancreatic cancer at age 64. I lost my dad a year ago too! Next Littman I will order from you and hopefully you will allow 3 addt'l characters so I can add my dad's name "Tom". Take care.

Ordered the Littman Classic II SE in Raspberry. Shipped on time and is in perfect condition. The only disadvantage is that it isnt for the cheapest price compared to other companies. Overall, good experience.

I'm in love with my new stethoscope!! It was a gift to myself and I'm so happy I bought it. It came super fast too which was excellent.
