I am giving my very old LITTMAN cardiology ii Stethoscope to my daughter who has just been accepted into nursing school but it definitely needed a "tune-up" after 25 years around my neck, helping me assess thousands of patients, having survived many doctors "borrowing" it (LOL) and even a helicopter crash. So I needed the replacement parts kit and it was exactly as described and it looks perfect and ready to go for the next generation.

Great experience overall. Their customer service office phone was off for the holidays so the system said to e-mail. I received no intelligible response after sending my e-mail.

There was nothing difficult with this site at all. The shipping was fast and it was super easy.
