I contacted their customer care (who were so accessible) and they immediately sent me a replacement. I was so happy with the service that I ordered a second one, which arrived in pristine condition. One of my cards was declined twice for some reason even though there was money on the card. Yet Stethoscope.com choose to go ahead and apply those charges as pending transactions to that card holding up hundreds of dollars for a week and causing me a lot of headaches. I would not suggest anyone buy from them ever again
