Rapid delivery and excellent product

Great product and service.

I left a message and a customer service representative called me within a couple of days. She explained exactly what would be needed to remove the stethoscope head from the tubing (standing on the head and pulling the tube off). It worked like a charm. If she had not explained it to me, I would have had a hard time. I have used stethoscope.com for over 10 years and they have been excellent.

I ordered a replacement diaphragm kit for my stethoscope. The site was easy and the parts came quickly.

My wife is in her final year of nursing school and as a surprise I wanted to buy her a top notch stethoscope with a nice engraving. I ordered it on a Friday (express) and it arrived early Saturday afternoon. She absolutely loved it! The only issue we had was the length of our name and the limitation of the characters for the engraving but that hardly takes away from the awesome service and great quality!

Nice brand new ear pieces - small size which can be difficult to find and pliable

Hi, I recently purchased a stethescope online because my existing stethescope either have lost pieces or have turned up missing altogether. I bought it on Friday and had it by Monday and in time to go back to work on Tuesday. Very happy with it!

I have left 6 messages. i called 24 times, it says it's transferring to a rep and then it hangs up on me. After paying 110.00, I really thought the product would work.
