Excellent service and shipping

First time customer of Stethoscope.com, and I anticipate being a Lifetime Customer of stethoscope.com. I recently purchased a Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope from stethoscope.com. In the course of doing so, I discovered that stethoscope.com is a small, independent, owner-operated business. The kind of business that you want to be a customer of. The Littmann Cardiology stethoscope is superb. The acoustics are fantastic. The quality is fantastic. I have had Littmann Cardiology stethoscopes for 45 years, and they are consistently fantastic. I met a lady at stethoscope.com, who answers the phone at stethoscope.com, and who navigates customer issues. She was a pleasure to interact with. I had a few issues with the first stethoscope that I ordered, including, ordering a stethoscope of the incorrect length of my choosing, and a defect with the stethoscope, and she had a replacement stethoscope to me, the next day. Impressive customer service! I should say that I first ordered the same stethoscope at Amazon.com, and when I called 3M Littmann to ask a question about the stethoscope, I learned that Amazon.com is not an authorized Littmann dealer. I returned the stethoscope, immediately, to Amazon.com. Two weeks later, after dropping that stethoscope off at an Amazon.com Return Center at Whole Foods, I am still waiting for a refund from Amazon.com. Let that be an important lesson of why not to make purchases from Amazon.com (my purchase was sold and shipped by Amazon.com, NOT an Amazon.com Marketplace seller). I highly recommend stethoscope.com for medical instruments. Stethoscope.com is a independently owned, small business, owner operated business with a soul.

The engraving was a disappointment. It was not as bold as I expected.
