I had excellent service from the moment I submitted my order. I received a phone call back regarding a clarification on my order and a promise that it would be shipped out that day. It arrived to our local mail facility the next day and to the hospital the following day! Wow!!! My physician also loves the stethoscope he chose!!! I would most definitely recommend!!!

This is a great stethoscope. I've had the same model for 10 years and the tube had cracked in 3 different places. Considering how hard I am on my stethoscope, I'm surprised it lasted that long. Its durability is why I ordered another one. This stethoscope seems better than my own ears. I'm able to hear everything I need to and the closer I listen, the more I hear. Applying different pressures allows me to hear different sounds better. That feature really works. I was very impressed how easy it was to order, all the color choices, and how fast it came. I'm definitely ordering from this place again! Of course, considering the quality of the product, it might be another decade, but they have nevertheless gained a customer.
