Fast Service
My customized order shipped the same day, and with the normal shipping arrived in 2 days. The product looked great. The reason I only gave 4 stars was because the diaphragm and O ring kept falling off. I reported the issue to customer service, and they are sending me new parts. If the new parts work, then I will change it to 5 stars!

No refund
Bought a stethoscope, and it went on sale the next day for over $50 less. No refund offered. Should be a 60 day guarantee for price changes.

Thank you for contacting Stethoscope.com. The price on the Cardiology III that you ordered has always been on sale at $155, we have never gone below that price. Is it possible that the item on sale you saw was the Classic III for $91? They are two different stethoscopes. I apologize for the confusion. Stethoscope.com

Great Service and product.
This is the second time I have ordered from Stethoscope.com. The service has been impeccable, with the product received within 3-5 days. I have both engraved and they look great. The only complaint I have is not being able to choose the color of the tubing on the specialty metal scopes (i.e. I wanted purple tubing on the gold bell). Would highly recommend this company.
