Stethoscope.com was kind enough to help me despite the mistake on my end and my order was perfect. They were very professional, responded in a timely manner and the product was exactly as described.

i am still waiting for package at this time. went to the facility for it to be pick up. but they could not find my package. the manager told me that he is going to call me back. but it has been two days already and no follow up with me. i just want my package to be delivered and if not they should find it. the insurance given is not enough and will not compensate the purchased that i made.
