I ordered new earpieces for my Littman. They arrived quickly but one of them was cracked. I called the company and they immediately sent a new replacement. Sometimes things happen like this but when the customer service is so responsive and willing to make it right, it's okay

Rapid service and delivery

I ordered a 3M Cardiology III for my wife for her birthday, and had her name laser-engraved on the bell. I ordered on a Sunday and had the package in my mailbox Wednesday afternoon. The engraving turned out really nice and the wife was impressed. Thanks for an excellent service!

Product is exactly what we wanted. Thank you. After checking online tracking, it showed a fraudulent entry that the USPS carrier had attempted to deliver the previous day to our "business" at 6:53 pm, but we were closed. This is a residence AND we were at home. I went to Post Office next day to track. Waited 15 minutes for Supervisor to come up front and I had to ask Supervisor FOUR times for his name. This is not an isolated incident, at least not in my neighborhood.

It is a gift, but I have one also and they are excellent! Know Shelby will love it!
