easy ordering and great customer service.

Received the veterinary stethoscope in timely fashion and the product works beautifully so far!

Difficult to contact. I was not able to set one order once. No one reply the email. A second time I was able to place the order. I got the email confirmation, credit card was charged. I wrote to have information about the order since I could not found in the site. No one reply. Now I got an email saying the order was canceled because they did not delivery in hotels. If this policy was more explicit before I could have order from other site.

The stethoscope in pearl pink is beautiful! The sound is very clear even in a busy classroom. Definitely would recommend.

Stethoscope part needed. Exact product requested was delivered. Prompt service. What more can a consumer want?!

I lost my stethoscope and found a replacement here with stethoscope.com The item is well packaged and as described in the ad.
