I ordered an engraved Littmann classic III. It arrived sooner than expected and the engraving is beautiful! Glad I spent the few extra dollars to order from Stethoscope.com. Highly recommended!!!

Been using them for years and service WAS top notch. The latest purchase experience was far below expectations and I will no longer use them. Product received was obviously a return or refurb as parts were missing and the protective film over the display was missing. Then the replacement has still not arrived after 5 days. I called them and Paul, the CS rep's attitude was not acceptable and doesn't get that physician's need this tool and it's a high priority. I DON'T recommend them. Look elsewhere. They really let me down.

While Littman doesn't seem do direct sales, the price was right and came in the mail on time. Good job!!!
