I had not yet received my stethoscope although the tracking said it was delivered 5 days ago. Had USPS submit an investigation to track down the package. I also left a voicemail with stethoscope.com and they called me back the next day and are sending out a new one ASAP! The representative was very nice and understanding. This time around will require a signature at pickup/go to the post office.

In 1997 I bought a Littman Cardioscope SE when I graduated as a nurse practitioner. Recently I went to use it and found that the ring that holds the diaphragm on had deteriorated. I easily found and installed the replacement diaphragm, pediatric ring and ear pieces. I am now retired but still sometimes need my stethoscope. All is in working order.
