These folks went above and beyond. They saw we lived locally and made sure to get my wife’s stethoscope here before Christmas and when I realized I got the wrong length changed it out for me without hassel. Reminds me of the good old days of customer service.

there was a problem with my order; sent a polite inquiry, and received an automated response only. Odd thing, it was not a response separate from my inquiry but a sentence added to my query.

Great purchase! Clear and crisp sound. I ordered my stethoscope the Thursday before Christmas and I received it the day after Christmas.

Bought this for my girlfriend. Ordered last minute before Christmas, said it wouldn’t arrive before the holiday. I was ok with that, showed up in two days vs 5-7 days. Was able to give it to her on the holiday. Easy process to purchase it. Quick standard shipping. Great product just as described.
