Was weary of ordering from a site I had never heard of but Littmann has them listed as their preferred and trusted retailer. They didn’t disappoint, product came exactly as prescribed and communication with the company was top notch.

I had to go to local store to see which stethoscope I actually had as I did not keep receipt or original box and there are annotations on the s-scope to help me. Once I figured out it was Master Cardiology and they did not have that replacement diaphragm, it was SUPER easy to order on your website. It arrived a day early and was correct fit (I did have a bit of a time getting the ridges to fit all the way around under the rubber piece, but that is the scope and my technique). I would recommend this to all that know their Littmann model!!!
