Had what i was looking for plus a ton of options! Received my stethoscope very quickly and the engraving was perfect.

I received my custom engraved product in two days.

I had trouble with my order. The wrong item appeared in my cart. With no way to correct it, I had sent an email immediately explaining what happened. Within an hour I heard from a representative named Paul Paresky. He reassured me that the order was on hold and he called me first thing in the morning and helped me place my custom order. Very very impressed by his customer service and help.

It really would have been a 5 star if the stethoscope came in the right color. I ordered lilac and the receipt says lilac. I got Caribbean blue. Then I emailed customer service and that was over three days ago and have heard nothing. Shipping was fast and packaging is great.
