I wish I could review it but unfortunately my order has not arrived. I would like to see how I can get a refund. I’m very disappointed, it was a Christmas gift.

I have ordered many times from stethoscope.com and have always been impressed with the speed with which I received my order and the price they offer. This time I ordered a new electronic stethoscope, and it was lost in the mail system. I sent stethoscope.com a message just stating that the package was late. They tracked it found that it had been lost in the system, and had a new stethoscope with my engraving Prepped and sent to me immediately. I received the stethoscope within three days. This is an example of outstanding customer service in a day and age where we don’t seem to get that anymore. I highly recommend stethoscope.com to anyone!

If you want to get them quickly, don't get them here. They take two weeks to get here. They work.

Excellent customer service. Had to return one that I accidentally ordered incorrectly. Could not have been easier - one call, ordered the correct scope, had a return label sent to me in 30 seconds. Well done!!

I am still waiting for delivery

Order went through but shipping seems very slow. I still don’t have my order. It is a Christmas present and I’m hoping it will get here
