I'm going to be honest: my daughter, an EMS trainee, and I were completely taken aback by the lousy packaging. A dented box, held together with a rubber band, and no plastic wrapping to demonstrate hygienic conditions - WHAT? We scoured the packaging looking for fingerprints and other signs that this was not a new product; we honestly thought it was a used/returned product sold at full price. She even went online to watch unboxing videos, and read reviews: Apparently that's how y'all do it. She needs a stethoscope, so she opted to keep it - but if it had been my choice, I'd have returned it.

While the shipping time and the product were very good, I ordered the wrong product for my stethoscope and want to return my purchase and order the correct part

I got what I was looking for and now I can start using my wonderful stethoscope!!

I have always used a Littmann stethoscope all my professional career. They are just well constructed and last a long time. After using about 10 years it always breaks at the U where the ear tubes meet, probably because of metal fatigue. No complaints.

It was a gift for our daughter. She loved it! It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Good Job.
