Fast shipping, good description, easy order placement. Engraving came beautiful!!

I possess a 40 year-old Littmann differential stethoscope, which is no longer manufactured or supported by Littmann. It is, for this reason, irreplaceable (although one can make a differential 'scope fairly easily, the Littmann device was unique). I needed some new pieces (diaphragm and diaphragm retention ring). I called Stethoscope.com and spoke with Lois, who'd never heard of a differential 'scope, but she talked me through the search for the most likely parts that would fit. She was courteous, interested, helpful, and---believe it or not--fun and funny! I ordered the parts we both agreed had the most likelihood of fitting...and they arrived as scheduled and (thankfully) worked/fitted perfectly. Lois made the whole process a delight and was terrifically helpful. I actually went back to the website and ordered a second set (it is a differential 'scope, after all) and will wind up with a 'scope that will have several more decades in its already long life. I ordered parts for over night delivery. That did not arrive, over night I did get a refund for the charges The parts did not come for 5 days In fact they were not shipped for 2 days after the order was placed I needed the parts That is why I had chosen this vendor and ordered overnight delivery Very miss leading Would not use this vendor again

No problems what so ever, just wish there were a little more updates on the progress of my order (shipping update mainly). Purchased a stethoscope for my wife's birthday and luckily got it on time for her. Love the personalization and the speedyness of the company.

My stethoscope was supposed to be here 2 days ago, still no answers of when it will arrive, so much for paying for shipping. Save your money don’t pay extra for shipping.
