I was underwhelmed by the personalized engraving - it was very small and hard to find.

5 Stars. Excellent product, shipped same day with engraving. Well worth it for the service.

This is exactly what I ordered. It was shipped same day. Was received in good condition. I had it engraved which looks professional. The engraving is on the back of bell. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so will have to wait for her review. Thank you.

Great selection, easy to order and fast ship. Giggity

Item came fast and as described. Very satisfied with entire transaction!

Shipped faster than I expected.

Your customer service center is amazing. I had inadvertently made an error on the engraving on the stethoscope I ordered and the customer service department called me on the next business day and took care of everything.

VERY helpful and professional. Originally I ordered the wrong parts but they helped me find the correct kit for my older scope, replaced with the correct parts and now my favorite scope is back in service. Thanks
