I received my product, which fit like a glove. I am most pleased, I have missed my Stethoscope, terribly, since I have been using the same one for over 30-yrs, as an RN. I am thrilled to have a service such as Stethoscope, that offer needed spare parts. When I called Littman, as I did once, years ago to clean/refit my stethoscope, I was told my Classic II Stethoscope, was no longer manufactured & no parts were, available. I asked if any of the current Stethoscopes had the part I needed & was told, "No". However the Classic II SE Gray's parts, I received, from Stethoscope, fit just fine. Thank you, Stethoscope Lise
