It is the wrong size even though I put in the exact one I wanted

I bought this for my daughter who is starting nursing school, and she absolutely loved it.

Received stethoscope was unhappy the bell doesn’t look silver like in the picture and the personalization is so small you can’t hardly see it. Very disappointed. January DeGerlia

Seemed like it took them 2 days to mail it. But even with priority USPS, delivery took 4+ days, probably not stethoscope.com’s fault. And of course, the Cardiology IV works flawlessly, as expected. This is my fourth Littman Cardiology stethoscope since 1983. The tubes always get hard and don’t bend well after being worn around the neck all day, and sometimes night, for years on end.

Shipping was exceptionally fast especially considering I had my stethoscope engraved. Item arrived in perfect condition. Very satisfied with the service!
