Service was spectacular! Ordered I’ve the phone, received it in 2 days. BEST stethoscope I’ve ever used. Came with an engrave name plate. Perfect

Quick delivery, excellent quality!!!

Excellent product prompt shipment thank you

Everything was great from the ordering to receiving my product. Product is worth the price. My only complaint is I had my daughters name engraved and they engraved with silver so it really doesn't stand out. I have purchased one before and that engraving was done in black which stood out very nicely. This helps student and employees stethoscopes to not walk off as easily when a name is engraved, stands out and easily seen.

I don't know about the stethoscope since I'm an Engineer, not a Health Care Professional. But I was really disappointed with the laser engraving. The example showed the engraving around the bottom of the "bell" of the stethoscope, so it would be easily visible to anyone who looks at the stethoscope. But the actual engraving was obscured by the pipe into the "bell". It is really hard to read.

The first order arrived missing due to complications during transport, but a replacement was sent when I notified the seller about the issue. It arrived quickly and without an issue. The product was as described on the product page.

It was missing a part and the engagement was barely there:(
