Company was easy to work with Ordering was straightforward. I changed my mind on stethoscope I wanted before it arrived. I called customer service and they made return very easy. I would definitely buy from them again ( and keep it next time. )

Ordered on Saturday night they processed the order first thing Monday morning with engraving had it shipped out that day and we had it by Friday afternoon only used ground shipping and was very impressed with short amount of time it took to get here

My husband threw away my last order by mistake, so I came back for the exact same one. Extremely impressed with how fast my order came- ordered Monday morning and delivered Thursday afternoon! And yes, I have it engraved!!
