Love my new stethoscope. Beautiful and functional. Shipment was delayed due to carrier. Noel kept me informed and offered to reship. We waited it and arrived just a day or two later. The communication was great.

Fast good service!

I had an issue with my package being damaged in transit resulting in missing products. Snag team was very fast and polite in insuring I was able to receive the items missing. I am always a huge fan of the product, but the team keeps me coming back.

I ordered myself a classic III Litmann Stethoscope with engraving. Shipping was fairly quick! I was surprised. My stethoscope is PERFECT. I have two other litmann stethoscoped but wanted to treat myself, while they are getting repaired!

I was recently a patient in a trauma ICU and had two fabulous R.N.’s that went above and beyond in caring for me. As a physician with years of giving instead of receiving care (I much prefer the former), I wanted to show my appreciation and having learned they were both in need of replacement stethoscopes, ordered a Littman for each of them. The package was sent directly to the medical center where they were employed, but somehow through no fault of the seller were lost in the mail. Quickly and easily I was able to speak with Paul Paresky in customer service who politely and efficiently addressed my concerns and eventually sent two more stethoscopes at no additional charge to the greatly appreciative recipients. Top shelf service. I’ll never buy a stethoscope from anyone else again.
