It's works great! But my only complaint is the color online is not the color in reality. That's what disappointed me.

LIT-5863 Littmann Classic III Stethoscope, Mirror Navy, 5863 Has Engraving: Yes, Laser Engraving $12.95 (up to 20 chars): I ordered the product above and as you can see engraved it. However, it is extremely difficult to see the engraving, which I did not know at the time of the order. When I called customer service upon receiving the product, I was told that it is difficult to see the engraving when the item is "mirror" type, but they do not have an alert for customers upon ordering. Engraving is there to be seen and in this case, it was not worth engraving it.

My order said delivered in a different state. I called and they fixed it right away. I got my order just a day late and the lady that helped me called me back and updated me on everything going on. She even reimbursed me for the shipping fee. Your customer service is amazing and highly appreciated
