I recently purchased the RICOH Ri 1000 from SterlingSewing.com, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The unit arrived in perfect condition, exactly as advertised, and the setup was straightforward. The print quality on the RICOH is fantastic, and it's been a game-changer for my business. Sterling Sewing's customer service was top-notch—they answered all my questions promptly and ensured I felt confident with my purchase. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality equipment and excellent service. Will definitely buy from them again!

I found this website through a Google search. The company claims to sell refurbished machines for very cheap. The New York address listed does not show a sewing storefront. The phone number listed routes to a different company. They do not have any customer reviews on their website. When I emailed customer support, they did not answer any of my questions and only pressured me to purchase from their website. Buyer beware! This company is not legitimate.

I bought my machine 4 months ago and I'm very glad I went with the ROLAND VERSASTUDIO BN-20. I have reached 3 million stitches with the machine and it always has perfect tension and the stitches are wonderful. Tech support has been wonderful when I've needed them.
