Absolutely the most beautiful piece of luggage that currently exists. I truly love it.

I have ever owned. I must admit I am a high end luggage purchaser. Tumi, Rimowa, Montblanc and up until now Porsche Design was my number 1. Well that has just changed. Sterling Pacific is at the top of the mountain now and I purchased the 80L piece as well. I have never seen construction like this and hope they will expand their line as well. Kudos to you SP for redefining the luggage space.

If you have the money to spend and you're in the market for a luggage- this is the one! The quality is superb, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. SP's support team is also very friendly. :-)

First of all I want to express that I am not paid or receive anything from Sterling Pacific. I saw an ad on Facebook, I researched the company.. I saved up $$, and I made a purchase. I am a cinematographer as my professional work, and an avid Formula 1 racing fan. In other words, I like tech and things that are exact and well designed for intended purpose. Sterling Pacific makes exceptional travel cases that are not inexpensive…but they are works of art. The Aluminium rivets, the lining, the perfect wheels, the latches, the industrial hinges, the reinforced corners are part of the most well-engineered and perfectly designed travel case you can imagine. It is an investment for a case that will be with you on all your adventures, always. The Leather handle adds this perfect 1940’s-50’s touch of class that is wonderful. If you decide to invest in a Sterling Pacific product..you will be so surprised. IOn this world of lowered expectation, having a company and design that exceeds what you could possibly expect, is a rare find indeed.

There has hardly been any item that has ever exceeded expectations for me. I am obsessed with details and perfection, and this case is the most beautiful, well engineered item you will ever see. The cost is extraordinarily high..about 2X the cost of other aluminum suitcases. But if you step out..you will realize it is a piece of engineered art that will be the last you will ever purchase."

I love my new Sterling Pacific carry-on bag. Not only is it super durable and reliable, but it's very chic looking and very well made. I love the interiors as well and I know my luggage will stand out in a crowd. Great customer service too!

This is the nearly-perfect carry-on piece. When I have the luxury, I very much prefer buy-it-for-life investments in something I'll use indefinitely rather than contributing to a disposable culture. Yes, it is remarkably expensive. But I should need to buy one except this once. I travel extensively for work - one to two flights per week. Nearly all of these are regional flights on small aircraft. I used to be sold on the virtual of one-bag travel. Now I'm becoming convinced that two bags is the way to go. All clothing, shoes, etc. go into the suitcase. On small aircraft, it's going to get gate/valet checked. That's where the bombproof nature of the luggage comes in. The second bag is my personal item, which is a tote. That leads to the one improvement I'd like to see added to this case: a J-hook. Many other top-tier manufacturers build on in for piggy-backing another bag, and it would be a great addition here. I bought one that attached to the handle and confirmed with the good folks at Sterling Pacific that such weight would not damage the handle. It won't. My office goes in my tote, backpack, whatever and hangs from the J-hook. The lower center of gravity creates incredible balance, and I can roll the pair with a single finger. Placing the other item on top, as some do, distributes the weight incorrectly, in my view. This is why a two-wheeled design is better than a spinner with four. This is the only suitcase I could find with an aluminum wheel housing and trolley handle garage. It didn't make sense to me to make the investment and then still have plastic parts external and waiting to be broken or fail. The craftsmanship is stunning. The fit and finish are the best I've seen. The seal is complete. It's a joy to use and has become my trusted travel companion. It will be scratched and dented with time, and those are the elements of patina that I enjoy. It is carefully crafted, well-maintained, and used as intended.
