Sterling was, well, Sterling. They made the identity verification process smooth and intuitive. There were a couple of hiccoughs along the way but we stuck together and got it done. Well done! Thank you Lauren Musselman for your dedication and professionalism. I truly hope she is rewarded commensurately for her effort.

Although I do not use this service very often (we are a small recruiting firm, primarily using checks for our hiring firm clients) it is always a pleasure. Efficient, well-designed, easy to understand UI and excellent technical/product support. The Contact Center agents are very professional: well-trained, know their products, and have always patiently walked me through an issue I have. And the issues are usually user-related (ie me) rather than the platform itself. The checks happen quickly, great experience for candidates, HR and hiring managers. A great service and a great value.
