Good communication. The only issue I had was it looks like when they were doing my education verification, they didn't use the dates that I had put in my initial report, so they couldn't verify one of my degrees.

Good use of website to upload all the relevant documentation. A follow up email or notification would be beneficial to know that everything had been processed correctly.

Staff were friendly in the process went quickly.

The chap I spoke to was so understanding of my situation, I have had no further recall and grateful to that chap for his help.

People I emailed/talked are very professional. And as for the status update, sterling are very fast in responding.

It was quite an amazing experience, even though it was long, well as of right now still long. I haven't heard anything yet. I can say the staff is awesome, and very thoughtful. I hope and pray I get the job.

Everything about Sterling was great with one exception: when prompted to select a pre-employment drug screen site, I was given - at 5:15 pm EDST on a Friday, 3 locations to choose from; and all outside of Sterling's network so that I would be required to await a snail-mail hardcopy custody form. Monday am, I contacted a Sterling Care Rep who worked through for 45 minutes to re-direct me to a site I could provide the sample on a walk-in basis. That was great, but it would have made it less anxious / stressful for me to have had that info originally on Friday so I did not need to fret over the weekend how I was going to accomplish a sample provision within the stated maximum 48 hour period to do so !!!
