The first person I spoke with was polite but the connection was poor and the accent heavy. The person had some difficulty understanding me and did not understand the difference between my first and last name. I was transferred but it took too long. The next person had the expected communication skills and solved my problems. It took to long to solve a simple issue.

Disappointed that the "residence dates" are not properly programed in the system, which is why I had to contact support staff for help. The customer service guy was only minimal help and seemed confused why the dates were erroring too. I ended up working around the issue on my own while on the phone and told him I was good. Gotta make sure your site is programmed to accept the entry fields you are requesting. :-(

I continued to receive email reminders daily even after completing the required forms. This caused a lot of confusion and undue phone calls to customer service

Customer Service Personnel Could not help me figure out how soon the back up will be completed, which surprised me. My understanding would be that Sterling should had information of each step in its system.

English a little hard to understand. Very please personality and wanted to help me. However; another day has gone by and issue not resolved.
