You all did a great job in helping me solve my issue, but here is something for everyone to think about. If you have the money you can get your background erased and get the job but if you don't have the money to hire a attorney to get your background erased, you don't get the job. but the person with the money still has a background but you all just can't retrieve it only the police and the courts can see it, just don't seem right to me. and it's being untruthful, but being honest gets you no where now days. But you guys did a fanstastic job very nice and helpful.
