I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I have been having a terrible experience with Sterling since getting my job offer 2 weeks ago. The first time they asked for additional information, I provided it and didn't think anything of it. Then they needed more information, including some sensitive infomation that I had already provided to them. There were typos throughout their emails. Now they are asking for copies of my w-2s from employers that they should be able to easily verify themselves. I have to mail forms to the IRS and wait 10 days to get them in the mail. I am doing their job for them at this point. I have a clean background and have followed their instructions to the best of my ability. I googled them to read reviews about the company and see now that so many other people dealt with the same issues as me. It's very upsetting during a time when I should be excited to start a new job. Avoid this company if possible.
