D.L. B.
Incompetent and obviously lazy.
I provided all the information requested for my background check. Approximately 5 days later I get an email from my potential employer informing me that Sterling is requesting proof of my employment, because they cannot confirm it on their own. Keep in mind, they ask for employment from the last 7 years. They did not ask me about a particular employment, only that they needed a W-2 or a pay stub to confirm. I don't think so! I have never had a background checking company perform a "check on me," only to come back asking for me to complete their job. And Sterling, if you call an ex- employer and they don't answer, or you have to leave them a message and they don't call you back, call them again! No excuses, do your job! Isn't that what you get paid for?
