I received amazing help when called in…
I received amazing help when called in with a mistake during self disclosure, the agent assisted me right away and fixed it, ultimately I got the job. The whole vibe was great and not what I expected thanks I wish I had got the last agents name

SO FRUSTRATING especially having to spell out every letter of my sentences
I have spoken to 3 different people with regards to getting my driver's license information updated. All my details came back wrong. I am still unable to open my Care.Com account and feel that if this is not sorted after talking to various people I will close my account.
