The system was easy to use. You actually don't need any assistance. The only assistance I had was when I logged in as returning user and I was not sure the option I should use to login with my information. But I was happy because, the call for assistance did not take long and the representatives was so professional and have technical know-how. My issue was resolved right away. Thanks a lot.
