Good site I love this app so good but takes a long time for me to get this job

Uber needs to use an alternative way for the background checks. This company takes way too long to get the background check. I mean what exactly are you checking? * Received a call from sterling and they assured me that this should be completed by the 18th December 2020 *

very hard to get a hold of someone. one time phone system was down and i kept getting disconnected without even being able to talk to a rep. it should be easier to contact your rep in case of questions or if you need help.

Sterling on the request of my hiring agent sent to me paperwork to complete drug test. Providing specific clinic address and hour of operation including fax and telephone#. The issue is that the paperwork arrived on a weekend but Monday I learned, by calling the clinic that non of them accept walk in testing clients and I need to make appointments a week in advance. The paper that was sent to me was giving me 3 business days. No mention that I started the job Monday and was tied up at new job until 3:00 pm every day. I would be please is the company take in consideration actual availability of the appointments when setting the deadlines. Thank to my hiring agent who extended the due date.

spoke to rep last night they wanted me to have drug test done in two days ,but the Labcorp by me is booked until end of next week. ask the sterling rep if I could go to another Labcorp he said yes as long as it is Labcorp. unfortunetly for me its a 45 minute drive from my house in another county. Rep didn't seem to really want to help me. I am fifty years old and this is the first time I have ever in my life had to take a drug test for a new employer. This company did not make this task easy for me, has added a lot of stress for I do not know the area in where the Lab is.

I'm not happy with lab Corp, they didn't ask for my current medications and I'm upset that rumors going around I'm on drugs..they did not do their job and know I have no job !

Your housing verification UI could be better... the feature disallowing overlapping dates to live in the same place disallows the move in and move out date to be the same... I had to use the last day of the previous month each time
