Sterling, A First Advantage CompanyReviews of sterlingcheck.com

Thanks for the quick and easy response to my employer to get me hired in a shorter time frame! Keep up the great work!

Quick and easy

During the initial engagement with Sterling technical issues slowed my progress to complete. I reached out to Sterling and was guided to resolve the issues. Tech was polite and professional. The interaction with Sterling was limited, but I didn't hesitate to reach out with questions. One grievance when I received the email to send this review, the email read as, "Hi Church" which is my last name. I understand technology self populates information made me laugh.

Customer service was exceptional from the representative that assisted me. The platform was easily accessible.

I was nervous about checking the status of my background check, but every person I ever talk to was so nice and helpful. They are very accurate and precise and they have best customer service I've seen in a long time.

I provided the necessary documents and when clarification/other documents was required sterling has emailed and it was very professional experience.

It was good and fast

I like the experience and how Sterling put this background check program together. Very informative and helpful. Easy to do.
