Your doing a lot of information well as expected, but on the other side of the house, you request a "High School" diploma from a client that graduated in 1959 and a transcript, that is a little out of bounds, especially when they don't keep the transcripts from that many years ago. Otherwise your doing a great job.

I had to reach out to Sterling for employment verification. The rep I spoke with said just send over what you have. I was self employed for many years but only had access to a few Schedule C's that were requested. All worked out fine.
