Excellent service

Easy to follow onboarding process. The site timed out a couple of times and gave an "offline error." Just log out of your browser completely and give it a couple of minutes. I used IE and Chrome with the latter resulting in better navigation experience.

I wanted to fax my forms over, but there was no answer. So I called and customer service was friendly and helpful. I was told to send them in another way.

Agent was able to assist me with my issue. Very pleased.

Everything went smoothly once customer service found that my wifi somehow was hindering a connection. Nonetheless, once on the site, everything went smooth and customer service was very helpful.
