Would have been quick & easy if I had had all the info I needed up front. My only issue was that you didn't indicate how many years of addresses you needed, so I had to call & ask and was needed rerouted to another number for our site - but the representative was very cordial.

After a very difficult start to the background check process with Sterling, things became much easier and clearer. Originally, there was a disconnect about certain issues with my background, but after speaking to the right people, Sterling was very helpful and understanding. The customer service only improved as the process went on.

I called regarding a link to Sterling to start my background check. The link to the site was not providing me with an option to create a user id and/or password but rather generated a source code of some kind. The agent I spoke to at first wanted me to send a screen shot. I advise that all I had was a source code. I called again to another agent who professionally advised me that he wanted to contact the support team. He tried but I believe they had left. He politely told me that it would be the following day to have someone resolve the issue I am experiencing.

They answered my call quickly however their answer to my question just created more questions. All i wanted to do was find out how to tell if there was a negative result on my background check and thier answer was a little confusing although it did point me in the right direction.

the second agent was knowledgeable and advised on resolution. I wished first agent could have informed me the same instead of being transferred to another agent.
