Sterling, A First Advantage CompanyReviews of sterlingcheck.com

The representative was cordial and informative.

The personal I spoke with was very helpful

Easy to navigate the screening process.

Hello. What I liked about the process was that it communicated the process and document requirement in quite a simple way. It was self explanatory and clear communication Though I am still waiting for final outcome I am expecting Sterling will be sharing with me when exactly the outcome will shared with me.

The facility located in Southfield MI on Greenfield and 9 mile rds made the experience very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite. Everyone made me feel like they understood when I wasn't able to urinate on command and offered water to help with the process. They were patient with me and was kind enough to wait till I could urinate. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. If I need to get future testing this will always be my facility of choice.

Very professional.

I was able to answer all the specified information right the first time. Everything was simple to understand, and I didn't need to contact customer service for any reason. I was especially pleased that I was able to get processed in such a short amount of time. I have had the best application submission with Sterling than with all the other application processes that I've recently submitted to.
